Define the engagement
Agree the cloud platforms, workloads, access permissions, change windows, and handover requirements. Provider charges, licensing, backup responsibilities, and ongoing coverage are addressed explicitly. Cost savings, availability, and compliance are not assumed outcomes of migration.
